Hello! We’re Aimee and Lynton Fisher - fourth-generation growers and makers, originally from Narrung in North-West Victoria.
Since 1938, our family has been tending citrus orchards along the banks of the Murray River, crafting exceptional produce that reflects generations of care, knowledge and love for the land.
Over the years, we’ve collected and perfected a range of recipes that bottle, pickle and preserve the harvest, and we’ve been sharing them with you at farmers’ markets across Victoria. But why wait for a market when you can find your favourites right here?
What began with citrus has grown into something truly special - small-batch, artisan preserves and condiments, all made by hand using produce grown on our farms or sourced locally from trusted growers and fellow farmers’ market makers.

The divine taste of heritage mulberries homegrown on the Kingfisher farm.
Kingfisher Mulberry Jam, made with heritage fruits has a delightfully subtle flavour likened to blackberries. Simply delicious on fresh bread and hot buttered toast, or piled lavishly on the base of a custard tart. Fold into muffin mixture or use as a filling for jam tarts and slices.
