Description

The Seville Orange also known as the bitter orange is renowned for its bitter sweetness and a favourite when making marmalade. These tarter than tart oranges are classically used in cooking, not just in marmalade but also to flavour stews and stir-fries with its aromatic zest. Add the juice to savoury marinades, butters and sauces or wrap the pips and pith in muslin and use to add extra pectin to jams and jellies.
